周洁梅（Dr Catherine Chow），眼整形外科医生

训练

她以 JPA 奖学金起步，经 University College Dublin 和槟城医学院（Penang Medical College）取得 MBBChBAO (NUI)。之后在怡保和吉隆坡当实习医生和医疗官，再到吉隆坡中央医院（Hospital Kuala Lumpur）接受眼科专科训练。她考获英国皇家眼科学院（Royal College of Ophthalmologists）的 FRCOphth，以及马来西亚医药理事会颁发的眼科 CCST。接着是英国 Leeds Teaching Hospitals 的眼整形高级研修，整段专科训练只专注眼皮、泪道系统和眼眶。

2026 至 2027进一步的专科深造韩国和美国。在马来西亚开始专科顾问执业之前，接受眼整形与眼周的高级训练。
2025 至 2026眼整形研修医生（Oculoplastic Fellow）英国 Leeds Teaching Hospitals。在三级医疗中心做眼皮、泪道、眼眶和甲状腺眼病手术。
2023 至 2025眼科专科医生淡马鲁（Temerloh）的 Hospital Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah。一般眼科、眼整形门诊、值班，以及六次为彭亨乡区举办的大规模白内障手术营。
2019 至 2022眼科专科训练吉隆坡中央医院。FRCOphth (UK) 和 CCST (Malaysia)。
2015 至 2018医疗官吉隆坡中央医院眼科；医药研究院（Institute for Medical Research）心血管、糖尿病与营养组。

专业范围

眼皮下垂（ptosis），通常是提眼皮的肌肉被拉长，不是累。眼皮往内翻（entropion）和往外翻（ectropion）。眼皮上的肿块和眼皮皮肤癌。一直流泪，常常是排水出了问题：泪管阻塞，眼泪流不出去，要靠泪道手术处理，其中包括 DCR，为眼泪另开一条通往鼻腔的路。甲状腺眼病和眼眶疾病。白内障手术。眼科急症。还有她特别感兴趣的领域：眼周美学和眼皮年轻化，包括手术和非手术方式。

2023 至 2025 年间，她参与了六次在 Hospital Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah 和 Hospital Lipis 举办的白内障手术营。每一次都是连续三天的密集白内障手术，对象是彭亨乡区原本要等上好几年才能重见光明的病人。她也辅导医生准备 FRCOphth 考试，并亲手教手术技巧，包括白内障手术、缝合和眼皮手术。
